When your home is sold and it's time to move, leave the closing details to us. You don't have to attend the closing, we can do that for you. Prior to your move, we will arrange for you to sign the necessary documents (deed and lien waiver). Then just as we close, we will obtain the closing figures for your review and approval. We will attend the closing as your agent, tender the keys to the new owner, and follow up by mailing, wiring, or depositing your closing proceeds for you. As an extra service to you, we will have your home professionally cleaned at closing at our expense. All you have to do is move out and leave the closing to us!
